She is an accredited member of The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence panel and has ‘Senior Litigator status with APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).

Sarah qualified as a Solicitor in January 2001 and since qualifying has specialised in Clinical/Medical Negligence. In that time she has helped clients achieve significant financial settlements, as well as apologies and acknowledgements for those responsible for their injuries.
Sarah joined Switalskis in 2010, and as a senior member of a fast-growing department has contributed significantly to its growth in recent years. This contribution was rewarded in 2016 when she became a Director of Switalskis.

A: I am head of a team within the Clinical Negligence Department at Switalskis, running high value and complex cases.
A: Negotiating on behalf of my clients and achieving the best results for them, often in the form of a substantial financial settlement but also obtaining an apology and acknowledgement from the individual or organisation responsible.
A: An understanding and supportive approach, alongside determination, diligence, and a drive to succeed.
