Samantha qualified as a solicitor in 1996. She has worked in the area of personal injury and child abuse for most of that time and joined Switalskis in January 2020. She has acted exclusively for claimants, obtaining compensation for hundreds of clients. She has also advised on breaches of the Human Rights Act and data protection breaches.

We asked Samantha: Q: What do you enjoy about your role? A: I enjoy finding solutions to legal problems and client contact. I recognise that this is a highly sensitive area and clients can be vulnerable and in distress, so a key part of my role is to help them through a very stressful time in their lives and deal with their case as efficiently as possible. Q: What can clients expect from you? A: I am approachable and will always try to explaining legal matters in a clear and concise way so that clients understand and are engaged with every stage of their case. Q: What drew you to this sort of work? A: I had a background in family law and thought that it would be a challenging but interesting and rewarding area. Q: What are your interests outside of work? A: I enjoy keeping fit by running, walking my dog and practising yoga. I am an avid reader and enjoy music concerts.
