Rose is a paralegal in the Court of Protection health and welfare department, based in Huddersfield. She assists on matters relating to section 21a under the Mental Capacity Act and section 15/16 under the Mental Health Act.

Rose approaches every case with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the unique needs and concerns of each client. She fosters a patient and empathetic approach, providing the utmost support to ensure every client’s voice is heard.
Rose graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022, and during this time she volunteered with the Manchester Legal Advice Centre to assist in providing pro bono advice to clients.
Rose has experience working with SEND adults and children and so has a nuanced understanding of the diverse needs, communication styles and potential challenges facing each of our vulnerable clients.
