Rose works as a paralegal in the Court of Protection department. She assists with matters under the Mental Capacity Act 2005, particularly Section 21A proceedings and Section 15/16 matters relating to best interest decisions.

Her role involves duties such as:

  • attending court hearings
  • liaising and meeting with professionals and other parties
  • drafting legal documents
  • visiting clients to discuss their wishes and feelings


Rose approaches every case with meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the unique needs and concerns of each client. She fosters a patient and empathetic approach, providing the utmost support to ensure every client’s voice is heard.


Rose graduated from the University of Manchester in 2022, and during this time she volunteered with the Manchester Legal Advice Centre to assist in providing pro bono advice to clients.

Rose has experience working with SEND adults and children and so has a nuanced understanding of the diverse needs, communication styles and potential challenges facing each of our vulnerable clients.
