Robyn is a mental capacity law specialist who has experience of advising and representing clients in the Court of Protection. She’s committed to safeguarding the rights of the vulnerable in society.

Areas of her work include:

  • Advising in respect of health and welfare matters in the Court of Protection
  • Applications pursuant to s16 and s21A Mental Capacity Act 2005
  • Accepting instructions from professional Relevant Person's Representative's (RPR’s), family members and the Official Solicitor

Robyn has previously gained experience in a range of complimentary areas such as Court of Protection finance, child care law and mental health law which enables her to provide well thought through advice in a broad range of scenarios.

Robyn is an Accredited Legal Representative under the Law Society’s Mental Capacity Health and Welfare Scheme.

Robyn is committed to safeguarding the rights of the vulnerable in society and adopts a ‘hands on’ approach to her work. She is meticulous and organised and prides herself on being a safe pair of hands to ensure that her clients receive the best level of support from the start and all the way through her cases.
