Richard qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and joined Switalskis in 2014 when he formed the conveyancing department’s new build team.

Almost a decade later the now seven-strong team act for the buyers of new homes from many of the UK’s largest national housebuilder. Richard and his team are recommended by the homebuilders because of their expertise in this niche practice area and their outstanding client service.

Off the back of the continued growth and success of the department, Richard was appointed to the board of directors in 2019.
