Rebecca assists the Court of Protection team in matters relating to vulnerable people who lack mental capacity. Rebecca’s responsibilities include preparing court documents, attending court hearings with Counsel, liaising with professionals and other parties, and attending upon clients.
Rebecca assists the Court of Protection team in matters relating to vulnerable people who lack mental capacity. Rebecca’s responsibilities include preparing court documents, attending court hearings with Counsel, liaising with professionals and other parties, and attending upon clients.
Rebecca studied the Master of Law and Practice at Huddersfield University and in her final year worked part-time as a Private Client Legal Administrator.
After graduating amidst the pandemic, Rebecca worked at a Leeds law firm as a Legal Assistant in Abuse and Personal Injury before moving to become a Paralegal in Wills & Probate and Conveyancing at another firm.
Rebecca joined the Court of Protection team at Switalskis as a Paralegal in February 2022 and began her solicitor’s training contract in January 2023.

I enjoy getting to meet clients and knowing that my work enables them to become happy and settled. Q: What are your interests outside work? I am the proud owner of a Beagle and a Great Dane and enjoy spending my spare time with them both. I also run a small business making wax melts.
