Mark is an experienced solicitor who help clients with a wide range of property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and Right-to-Buy purchases of council houses. Mark also deals with new-build purchase transactions, Help to Buy equity loans and Help to Buy ISAs.

Mark qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has specialised in residential conveyancing ever since. He joined Switalskis in 2018 having previously worked for a large national law firm.

We asked Mark: Q: What does your job involve? Q: What do you enjoy most about your job? Q: What are your favourite pastimes?
A: I specialise in residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and Right-to-Buy purchases of council houses. I also deal with some commercial property transactions.
A: I enjoy meeting many different people and being able to help them in their property transactions.
A: Watching football – I am a season ticket holder at Bradford City. I also enjoy watching non-league football at AFC Emley or Penistone Church. I’m an avid gig-goer and attend music and comedy events. My family and I like to travel and make an annual trip to Southwold in Suffolk which has become our “Happy Place”.
