Louise joined Switalskis following the firm’s merger with Green Williamson and Moxons in August 2012. She has worked in the legal profession since 2001 and qualified in 2003. She is accredited by Resolution as having specialist expertise in the areas of private law children matters and domestic violence.

A: I offer proactive and constructive advice and assistance in relation to all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on children disputes and domestic violence.
A: Assisting clients at a time of need to achieve the most positive result for them and their families.
A: A proactive, professional and friendly approach. Someone who is experienced, knowledgeable and provides full and frank advice. Also, that I actively ‘fight their corner’ and go the extra mile for them.

A: Professionally: Winning three awards at the National Trainee Awards in London in 2003. Including; (the highest award) National Trainee Solicitor of the Year 2003; also Best Regional Trainee Solicitor (outside London) and Trainee Solicitor most likely to make a contribution to the Community. A: Professionally; to maintain and build upon my good professional reputation. Personally; to learn a new language and be able to speak more than ordering a coffee!
A: Spending time with my family; travel (although more so before children!) Cooking and gardening. I follow Liverpool FC, Team Europe in the Ryder Cup as well as many other sporting competitions that our national team participate in.
A: Depends upon my mood, the season, the weather, where I am – but you can’t beat a good roast dinner or a curry.

A: Having a child means that the time I have to spend outside work on my own interests has declined over recent years! However, I love reading (particularly Agatha Christie and the CJ Sansom Shardlake series), the theatre, history, going out for meals and socialising with friends.
