More about Leesa

We asked Leesa:
Q: What do you enjoy about your role?

A: my role is very varied and each day is different to the next.  Seeing results when you work hard to protect our vulnerable client base is very rewarding

Q: What drew you to this sort of work?

I initially came from a child care law background, however, when I came to Switalskis I found myself working in the mental health team. I am passionate about working with those who have developed a mental illness and assisting people who require our assistance when they are at their lowest.

Q: What are your interests outside of work?

A: I like to spend time with my three children, I am an avid Leeds United fan, I like to watch live bands and go out with friends.
