Jenny studied law at the University of Nottingham. After graduating in 2006, she went on to obtain a Distinction in her Legal Practice Course.

Jenny began her legal career representing people who were in financial difficulty. She then worked for several years on behalf of clinical negligence and catastrophic injury claimants, before she qualified as a solicitor in 2012.

Jenny has represented claimants in both clinical negligence and serious injury claims.

Jenny now focuses exclusively on medical negligence and has worked for many years representing patients and their families, helping them to receive the answers they deserve about any failings in their care, securing compensation and supporting them in access to vital therapies and rehabilitation.

She also provides supervision and assistance to more junior members of the team.

More about Jenny

We asked Jenny:

What can clients expect from you?

Straightforward and professional advice with honesty and empathy. I aim to build a team of reliable medical experts and Counsel who work together to secure the best possible outcome for the client.

What do you love about your job?

Helping clients to understand more about what happened to them or their loved ones during a very difficult time in their lives.  I enjoy assisting clients to move forwards with the right support. And helping to contribute towards patient safety in the hope of avoiding another family suffering in the same way.

What are your interests outside work?

I enjoy running after my two children, walking, travelling, skiing and baking.

I’m also a keen fundraiser and have completed many charity events, including many a bake sale, trekking the Sahara Desert, abseiling, the London to Brighton 100km, the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge and the Great North Run.
