George Lockley, Special Projects Manager

George manages projects that are outside “business as usual” and also provides support for the management board.

On a day-to-day basis, Georges’ role involves working with colleagues to bring about positive changes. Since joining Switalskis in 2007, she has been involved with projects in a wide range of areas, including marketing, internal and external communications, IT, quality management and regulatory compliance, legal aid, training, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Switalskis George worked primarily in the IT sector, in client care and software support. In her time with Switalskis, George has not only managed our compliance but previously managed our marketing activity to help grow the business and its specialist departments. Good communication and great service have always been important to George. Although she no longer works directly with clients at Switalskis, her experience in client-facing roles still serves her well. No matter the project George is involved with, she is always concerned with how to support colleagues in providing the best possible service.
