We asked Fiona: Q: What do you love about your job? Q: What can clients expect from you? Q: What do your clients like about you? Q: What drew you to your specialism? Q: Which of your achievements are you most proud of? Q: What are you interests outside of work?
A: I love meeting new people and hearing about their achievements in life.
A: Clients can rely on me to be empathetic, understanding and listen to their needs and wants. I also enjoy spending time getting to know my clients and go above and beyond to help them secure their wishes.
A: I would hope my clients feel that I am approachable, empathetic and really listen to their wishes. I hope they find that I am down to earth and ensure that they feel comfortable and supported.
A: I worked customer facing retail roles from 2005 to 2015 and I found that I really connected with people and enjoyed getting to know them. I decided I wanted to change my career and started an access course in humanities and social sciences in 2016. I really loved psychology and sociology and this is how my interest for the legal profession started, amongst other things. I completed a law degree, a postgraduate degree in legal practice and obtained a masters qualification. I trained to become a Wills and Probate Advisor and have loved it ever since.
A: I have a great husband and a lovely son who keeps me on my toes. I am also proud of changing my career.
A: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I like to go on adventures and walks. As a family we are always looking for new places to travel to. I also enjoy going to the gym, lifting weights and setting myself new goals. I love a challenge.
