Fiona has experience in:

• Contentious probate

 Fiona is a member of the Leeds Junior Lawyers Division, and she supports Carers Count providing advice to carers.

 Fiona is a Switalskis’ CSR committee member.

EXPERIENCE

• Fiona has a first-class law degree, a postgraduate degree in legal practice and a master’s qualification in legal practice.
• After joining Switalskis in 2021 Fiona completed a unique course with our training partners RightLegal and became a wills and probate adviser. Fiona is keen to continue with her personal development and is currently undertaking a two-year training period and expects to qualify as a solicitor in January 2025.
