Charlotte is a specialist in mental health law, representing within mental health tribunals and hospital managers hearings. 

She has experience in:

• Representing clients who are both detained in hospital under the Mental Health Act, or living in the community subject to provisions of the Mental Health Act
• Attending Care Programme Approach meetings and other professional meetings on behalf of clients
• Providing ongoing advice in relation to every aspect of a case

 Charlotte is a member of the Mental Health Panel Accreditation Scheme.

Charlotte approaches each case professionally and gives it the time and attention that it deserves. She provides an approachable service to each client, keeping them updated as to developments in their case as well as the merits of the case.  Charlotte is flexible in her approach to each client taking into consideration their level of needs.
