EXPERIENCE

• The team is acting for a large commercial developer who is looking at developing over 80 sites for electric vehicle charging stations often with drive thru coffee shops
• Andrew has acted for Nandos for over 10 years on leases of at least 20 restaurants up and down the country but mainly in the north of England
• Andrew has acted for developers in acquiring sites in the North East for commercial developments of retail units and drive thru restaurants and then with the subsequent sale of the completed development
• Andrew has acted for developers in acquiring sites and then letting them for convenience stores
• Andrew acts for a number of landlords in connection with the granting of new leases and with management of existing leases
