Amandeep is solicitor specialising in Court of Protection health and welfare proceedings.

She deals with section 21A applications and section 15/16 applications on behalf of the protected party. She also represents family members who require legal representation in such matters.

Amandeep took a break from law and went on to become an advocate. She completed her IMCA training and worked as an RPR (Relevant Person’s Representative) and IMCA (Independent Mental Capacity Advocate). Her role was to ensure vulnerable people had their voices heard and this experience has been valuable in her work in ensuring that P is being heard and less restrictive options are being sought. Amandeep previously worked as a family and care solicitor and this experience continues to be helpful in Court of Protection matters.
