First-Class client care backed by Professional Accreditations
Many things have changed since we were founded in 1993, but our focus on providing first-class client care remains at the heart of the business. It's important that potential clients know what to expect from us and are confident that we have the knowledge, skills and experience to help them with the specific legal matter they need to resolve.
It's always satisfying to see external recognition of our hard work and professionalism, but more importantly these achievements and accreditations give peace of mind to our clients. All of the following achievements are based on detailed, impartial assessments of the business and our processes and can be relied upon to give a true picture of the service we give to clients.
Lexcel
The Lexcel Quality Mark was introduced by the Law Society in 1998 to give peace of mind to clients that law firms manage their practices effectively and provide a high quality of client care.
As a Lexcel accredited firm we have clear written procedures for all of the key aspects of the management of our practice. Our processes have been independently assessed to ensure that we comply with Lexcel standards.

Legal 500
The Legal 500 UK Rankings are visited by over four million users each year. They are designed to provide those looking to buy legal services with up-to-date, impartial information about the knowledge and experience of law firms and individual lawyers.
In 2019, we were again recognised as a 'Leading Firm' with a number of our lawyers achieving 'Recommended Lawyer' status in their own right. These rankings are the result of detailed, impartial research including interviews with clients and fellow legal professionals.
Chambers & Partners
The Chambers & Partners Guide to Leading UK Lawyers covers 50 geographical regions throughout the UK and a number of different legal specialisms. A number of our indivdual lawyers including Suzanne Munroe, Janet Baker, Sarah Tipton-Walker, Alison Kaye and Michael Kennedy also received individual accreditations, with Natalie Cosgrove named as an 'Associate to Watch'.

The Law Society
The Law Society is the independent professional body for solicitors and legal professionals in England and Wales. Part of their remit is to help the public find suitable legal representation. For certain specialist areas of law, they award specific accreditations to recognise the knowledge and experience of firms and their individuals.
We hold individual accreditations in Clinical Negligence, Criminal Litigation, Conveyancing, Children Law, Mental Health and Personal Injury.

Resolution
A number of our Family Law specialists are accredited members of Resolution - an organisation committed to the constructive, amicable resolution of divorce and family disputes.
Their non-confrontational approach is in line with the direction that many families are choosing to take, especially when a divorce involves children.
