Job Vacancy – Secretary – Care Department, Bradford

New opportunity at our Bradford office

We have a vacancy for an experienced care secretary to join our Bradford City centre Care team. Candidates should ideally have previous experience of working within a care department, working on both Private and Publically funded matters enabling them to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. The position would suit someone looking for either a full time role or 4 days each week. This is a new additional position and is immediately available.

About the Role

Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Audio typing and word processing
  • SOS Case Management processing
  • Assisting clients both face to face and over the telephone
  • Diary management
  • General file management
  • Photocopying and other clerical duties (majority of files are paperless)
  • Meet and Greet reception cover as/when required
