About the Role

Director and Head of our New Build conveyancing team Richard Wisnia is looking for a full time administration assistant to join his busy team based at the Leeds office.

The role is immediately available and will involve carrying out crucial administrative functions within the new-build conveyancing process forming part of a larger team under Richard’s supervision.

The right candidate should have the following key skills:

  • Be able to work well under pressure;
  • Be able to work well as part of a team;
  • Have a keen eye for detail;
  • Have excellent customer/client communication skills;
  • IT literacy.

Previous conveyancing experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided on our in-house software and procedures.

The position is full time with the potential for a hybrid working arrangement to be implemented once training as been completed.
