Job Vacancy – Commercial Property Secretary, Knaresborough

New opportunity at our Knaresborough office

We have a full time vacancy at our Knaresborough office for an experienced secretary working in our Commercial Property department. Previous experience of working within a commercial property department is preferable, however training will be provided as necessary on our systems, software and procedures.

The ability to show a commitment to a high standard of client care is essential for this role. The position is immediately available.

Responsibilities and Duties will include but are not limited to :

  • Audio typing and word processing
  • Assisting clients both face to face and over the telephone
  • Diary management
  • General file management/ Filing
  • Photocopying and any other clerical duties required
  • Reception cover and 'Meet & Greet' as required
