Clinical Negligence Fee Earner 0-2 years PQE
We have a number of fee earner positions available within our Clinical Negligence teams based at offices across the Yorkshire region. All positions are ideally full-time, but part-time applications will be considered.

About the Role
The main duties include:
Support assistance
- Limited Typing
- File management
- Telephone calls/new call handling
- Other general administration assistance as required
Fee Earning assistance (after training)
- Telephone calls
- Reading documents/medical records and providing synopsis/analysis
- Visiting clients with other Fee Earners and taking notes of meetings
- Attending meetings with other professionals/experts and taking meeting notes
- Sitting behind Counsel at Court
- Other general duties as the role develops

Previous Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury experience is essential.
The willingness to travel to meet clients/other professionals and a “can do” attitude is essential. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate a willingness to help others out. We pride ourselves on a collaborative working environment.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel are essential, as is attention to detail. Candidates will be comfortable working as part of a larger team, but also capable of working on their own initiative and as part of any agreed hybrid working arrangements.
The successful applicants would be expected to do their own typing and may occasionally be asked to help others out with administrative tasks, though this role is primarily a legal role to support our solicitors and other fee earners.
Working knowledge of the Bighand, and SOS Case Management would be highly beneficial.
