Yesterday we were joined by Dr. Nicholas Todd for the final webinar of the MCA Webinar Series 2021. We’re grateful to Dr. Todd for a very informative presentation, entitled “Emotional – Dysregulation/risky behaviour and the MCA”. We received excellent feedback from those who attended the webinar on the day.

If you weren’t able to attend the live webinar and would like to see the content, you can view a recording of the full webinar below. As you’ll see on the recording we received some very good questions from attendees, which Dr.Todd took time to answer at the end of the presentation.

More about the MCA Webinar Series 2021

Our ‘Annual Review of the Mental Capacity Act’ conference has grown in popularity in recent years and normally attracts over 300 attendees. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold a 2020 event and decided to hold this webinar series for 2021. Our aim is to bring you the same great content from some of the leading minds in Mental Capacity Law, in a safe and appropriate format.

We hope to return to holding live conferences again in future but we’re very aware that webinars have grown rapidly in the last year or so. In the future I think it’s more than likely that we will run live events and webinars to share this specialist knowledge across a range of formats.

If you’d like to receive email updates about our events, webinars and training for Mental Capacity Law specialists, you can sign up here.
