Georgina has worked in the legal sector for 20 years. She’s a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Medical Negligence team.

Medical Negligence

Georgina specialises in medical negligence claims and manages a variety of maximum severity, high value cases for adults, children and protected parties. 

She is a team leader, managing and supervising a team of solicitors in our Doncaster office. Georgina specialises in claims involving:

  • Brain injury
  • Amputation
  • Spinal injuries
  • Birth injuries
  • DVT
  • Sepsis 

Georgina is a South Yorkshire Acquired Brain Injury Foundation Committee Member.  She is also a member of APIL and AvMA.

APPROACH

Georgina is a diligent, professional and dedicated member of the team.  She works tirelessly to achieve the best result for our clients, guiding them through the challenging process of pursuing a medical negligence claim.  

EXPERIENCE

Georgina has been involved in the Nottingham University Hospitals (NUH) NHS Trust maternity cases and been involved with the press at the time of the CQC prosecution in January 2023.

Accredited Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel Member since 2011.

Ranked as a Notable Practitioner in Chambers UK 2022 and as an Associate to Watch in Chambers UK 2024.
