Judith Glynn is a Consultant Solicitor in the Family team based in Leeds.
Judith Glynn has worked in the legal profession since 1984 and joined Switalskis in Leeds in January 2019.
Judith provides legal assistance in all types of family law cases: divorce, finances upon relationship breakdown, private children issues including international child abduction, and breakdown of same sex relationships.
As a well-respected family law solicitor, Judith is recognised by industry bodies for her expertise in children law matters. She is accredited by national family law organisation Resolution as a specialist in children law and child abduction. She is also a member of the ICACU (International Child Abduction and Contact Unit) panel, which refers urgent and serious cases and requires solicitors to show that they have the expertise needed to practice this demanding area of law.
Judith also handles a range of other matters such as preparing wills and lasting power of attorney, and dealing with applications for probate and the administration of estates.

A: My main interests outside of work are tennis, reading and cooking. I also enjoy travelling.
