Damian Walsh is based in Leeds
Damian has practised Criminal Law since 1985, working initially as a Legal Clerk, qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2002, and qualifying as a Solicitor in February 2008.
He therefore has an extensive knowledge of the judicial process from Magistrates Court to Crown Court. Damian is experienced in advising and representing clients in all types of Criminal cases, from theft and motor offences through to more serious crimes including terrorism, murder and drugs offences.
Damian qualified as an Accredited Police Station Representative in December 1998, although he has been advising clients detained in Police custody since 1986, from the inception of the PACE Act 1984. This Act aims to establish a balance between police powers and the rights of the public.
