Q: What do you love about your job?
A: Variety from day-to-day; every case is different and I often travel to different hospitals to visit clients.

Q: What can clients expect from you?
A: Honest and clear advice delivered in professional, yet friendly manner. I will always work hard for my clients.

Q: What do your clients like about you?
A: I’m always available to answer a query, or will ensure they get a call back at the first available opportunity.  I try to make clients feel at ease, particularly within a hospital environment.

Q: Which of your achievements are you most proud of?
A: Completing my degree and obtaining a Training Contract at a time when opportunities were particularly difficult to come by.

Q: What are your interests outside of work?
A: I love travelling, especially around the east and west coast of America, with San Francisco being a particular favourite. I like going to the theatre and to concerts (especially Take That who I have seen too many times to count!). I also enjoy swimming.
