Penny Wall is based in Wakefield
Penny’s primary role is to oversee the efficient running of our Legal Services Commission contracts. She ensures the firm’s performance in publicly funded matters against Legal Services Commission targets. She also closely manages the firm’s involvement in Community Legal Advice projects, providing a point of contact between Switalskis and our partners at Citizens Advice Bureaux.
Penny has a background at the Legal Services Commission, where she fulfilled many different roles, including conducting audits of organisations providing advice under LSC contracts. She brings this experience to bear in her role at Switalskis, working closely with our legal professionals and other members of the Switalskis management team, to ensure that our we meet the high standards required for legal aid providers.
Penny is also part of the team which ensures the firm meets the Lexcel quality standard.
