Our Private Client Department covers a wide area of law, from the making of wills, giving power of attorney, through to dealing with estates and setting up trusts.
We recognise that the making of a will is something which many people prefer not to even have to think about, let alone actually do. Similarly, many are reluctant to look at the need to consider giving power of attorney to someone at some point in the future. We are also aware of the particular difficulties faced by those dealing with the administration of estates.
Within our team, we have the specialist knowledge and expertise, and the understanding of the difficulties involved in dealing with these matters, to make the process as easy and stress free as possible.
