Sarah Tipton Walker is based in Wakefield, but works in many areas of the North of England.
Sarah joined Switalskis in February 2010. She qualified as a Solicitor in January 2001 and has extensive experience in her specialist area of Clinical (medical) Negligence, frequently dealing with complex and high value medical negligence claims.
She has represented clients in Personal Injury and Clinical (Medical) Negligence claims for more than 14 years.
Whilst Sarah deals with a wide variety of Clinical Negligence cases, she has a particular interest in nerve injury and brain injury claims. Sarah has been accredited with Senior Litigator status by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and in 2010 became a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence panel. These accreditations mean that her wide-ranging expertise has been rigorously and independently assessed by experts in the field.
