Karén Minns is based in Wakefield but works with clients from all over the Yorkshire region.
Karén joined Switalskis in Spring 2010. She is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Legal Executives and has more than seven years' experience helping clients with legal problems. She has a wide range of experience in areas including Personal Injury and financial matters affecting medical negligence clients who have been successful in obtaining compensation, such as trusts and estate planning.
However, more recently Karén has specialised purely in dealing with Medical Negligence claims work. She has particular expertise and experience in assisting clients to pursue the NHS complaints procedure and, as well as having her own caseload is a valuable source of support and assistance to our senior medical negligence solicitors who deal with highly complex and high value medical claims.
