Beverley Theato is based in Wakefield but represents and advises clients from all over the Yorkshire region.
Beverley qualified as a Solicitor in September 1999 and joined Switalskis in December 2010.
She has represented clients in Medical Negligence cases since she became a solicitor and so has extensive Medical Negligence experience. Beverley frequently deals with complex and high value medical claims.
Beverley became a member of the Law Society's specialist Clinical Negligence Panel in June 2009 and she is recognised as a specialist in clinical negligence claims by the patient charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA). She is also accredited as a Senior Litigator by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). These accreditations mean that her wide-ranging expertise has been rigorously and independently assessed by experts in the field.
Before becoming a solicitor, Beverley enjoyed a successful 'first' career as a Registered General Nurse specialising in intensive care nursing.
