UNDER ARREST?
All advice in the police station is free of charge. Switalski's Solicitors operates a 24 hour emergency service to ensure that our clients are represented in police custody.

On arrival at the police station, the police should ask you if you wish to have a legal representative contacted on your behalf. If you ask for Switalski's Solicitors we will ensure that one of our specialist Solicitors or Accredited Police Station Representatives speaks to you immediately and thereafter attends at the police station to assist you in any interview.

 
   
APPEARING IN COURT?
if you are appearing before the Magistrates or Crown Court in connection with any criminal offence it is important that you receive professional advice and assistance and that you are represented.
