We currently have the following vacancies:

Administration Assistant/Typist
Location: Leeds

Our Administration Assistants play a cruicial role, undertaking many day-to-day tasks essential to the running of our busy offices. The successful applicant for this varied role will have good IT skills and be able to provide typing support as required for the departments based in our Leeds office. This is a position with good prospects for the right candidate. Experience is not essential as full training will be given, but enthusiasm to learn and the ability to work within a team are vital for this role.

Senior Litigation Secretary
Location: Wakefield

We require an experienced secretary to work within our busy Clinical Negligence department. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of work within a clinical negligence or personal injury department, and will be flexible, enthusiastic and willing to learn. This role requires a high level of literacy and numeracy, as well as excellent organisational skills. We would expect candidates to have, as a minimum, GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics RSA/OCR Word Processing stage 2 or above would be a distinct advantage.

 

First Line Helpdesk Support Technician
Location: West Yorkshire

The successful applicant for this challenging role will provide support for staff at all our offices throughout West Yorkshire. Own transport is absolutely essential, as there will be a daily requirement to travel between office locations and the homes of remote workers. A generous mileage allowance is included.

The job will mainly entail supporting Windows desktops/laptops, so experience in fault finding everyday issues with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, printing etc is essential, some exposure to Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Exchange 2003 and Citrix environments would be advantageous. Training will be provided to support the other applications that we use.

The IT department is also responsible for all office telephone systems, mobile telephones & BlackBerries, photocopiers, network faxing & scanners, franking machines, office security and all other office/building issues, making this a very varied role.

 

Legal Secretary
Locations: Leeds and Huddersfield

The successful candidate for this positions will provide high quality secretarial support to our busy legal professionals. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role, in addition to strong IT and teamworking skills. The ideal candidate will be very experienced in legal secretarial work, including audio typing and diary management.
